The actual movers who came to my house did an excellent job. Although they were an hour late, they were professional and helpful. They did not come with any rope, tie downs or materials to help as the advertisement suggested however. The real issue I had with the company is the manager working that weekend. Despite his workers only working for an hour and a half (instead of 2) because I loaded half the truck myself during the downtime as I waited for the workers to arrive, he called my cell phone demanding payment for his services within an hour after the workers left despite the invoice not being prepared at the time the service was provided. He was rude about not receiving payment despite my assurance I would be happy to submit an online payment once we were on the road (parents you understand how difficult a move with a small child can be). Overall I felt that this manager (Damus Vanover) was rude, unrealistic, unprepared and therefore would stay clear of this company in the future.

The guys were absolutely fantastic. Professional, on time and extremely hard working. I ended up needing their assistance for several hours past my original reservation time and they did it without blinking an eye. Thank you for everything... it made the move much easier for me and my family!
