Patience, manner able , very detailed and excellent customer service.  They took the time to make sure my 10 x 30 storage items were put into my two 8 x 16 PODs containers.  I totally recommend these two movers.

Melvin and his helper went above and beyond. They were fast and professional. Would highly recommend them. Communication was good he called and asked if we wanted an earlier time slot and sounded good to us. 12/22/2020Truck Load

Even with all boxes ready to load in garage, and little furniture after 4 hours the truck was only 75% full.  Had to finish my self.  I have done this three times in the last 3 years and the most it took (with more furniture) was 2:45 minutes. Unload damage was extensive.

Response from Boss Moving:

In response... we tried to load things "your way"  instead of the way we normally do things.  Because of this I'm sure it took longer then you wanted.  It was also dark.  Safety first!  The few items that were remaining you wanted to load them yourself.  When we left you were cordial and you tipped us so I don't understand this review.  Thanks for your business.
