Our team of movers (Jake, a guy whose first name this web site will not accept, and Brian) were absolutely first rate - professional, careful and hard working. Our low ratings are due to the extraordinary failure of both Elite Moving and the management to tell us in advance that we would be expected to pay the balance due either in cash or by paid our deposit by credit card and we were actually assured by Elite Moving that we'd be able to pay the balance due to our movers by credit card. Only AFTER the loading was completed did we learn to our astonishment that we couldn't pay by credit card. So buyer beware. This company has terrific movers, but don't trust what your told by Elite Moving or the moving company management.
