The laborers worked at a good pace and were courteous, friendly and careful. On the other hand, I had to follow up repeatedly for the requested Certificate of Insurance (COI) that was needed by my management company to authorize the move. I then had to request the assistance of MovingLabor to obtain a copy of the work receipt which I also requested, unsuccessfully, from Nomad several times.
