I was inspected this crew few hours before this move. Movers were sober, they used to have a dolly and other tools. Customer did not call me during the moving performance. Customer paid with cash to a crew leader after the move was done. It means the move was done right. There were no damages during the move. Nobody calls to a hot line during the moving performance. Customer called with complaints few days later. But I dont see any subject of complaints. No damages. Furniture was loaded right. A Customer did not like the movers personalities that is a subject of complaints. Movers reported that the customer was drunk, inadequate and supremacy verbal abused them. I sent a claim form to a customer. Month later I received filled out form with a description that there were no damages during moving performance. There is one main point here. You can like or you can do not like movers personalities. Customer can call me or a hot line and ask to change the movers. We will change the crew.

We fired a mover who was working in uncomfortable manner. Sorry for inconvenience
