They did not arrive in the time slot, my u-haul is still sitting in the parking lot unloaded because it was after 7 pm  , very poor customer service.. not nice to threaten with legal action.. I had no internet service to pay on line with! Stuck in an apartment with absolutely NOTHING for the night! Had to call someone to come n unload the truck this afternoon! Of course they weren’t available to come today n finish the job. Very dissatisfied with this company! Will not ever recommend them for anything. BBB WILL be contacted.

The movers advised they would come at 1:30p. Got there at 2:05p, which was fine. They did not know how to open the truck and asked me. They then took several minutes to set up the ramp. They took a 20 min break and then when the 3 hours was up they left me with several heavy items still remaining on the truck. I felt the job should have been completed or at least all of the heavy items unloaded.
