Damaged a few pieces of furniture as they were in a hurry. Did not slow down and take the appropriate care until I talked to them about it twice. Need to actively manage and watch over them to ensure they get it done properly.

Movers packed truck well but were very slow and inefficient. Ultimately cost over $700 to load 1 large truck (19 man hours of time). Fragile boxes were falling over in the house and the banister was damaged. I was surprised they weren’t equipped with lifting straps or other aids to help speed the process. While movers were very friendly, I would not use this company again. Too many smoke breaks and watching each other work rather than GETTING IT DONE!!
