The 4WeHelp office had said they'd be open until 6pm Saturday but they weren't. The guys they sent were filling out the form wrong and argued with me when I wouldn't sign it like that. And he argued with me that I had to sign off on the work before they had even started. I refused. He gave up and they both got to work. They worked fast and the moving part went fine. He later admitted I was right about the form but didn't apologize. They complained about how the truck was loaded. And told me stories of how they worked 7 days a week to help sick mom. In the end their moving skills were fine and they got done on time. But they're people skills weren't so good and overall between how the guys acted and how their office didn't tell me the truth about how long their office was open on Saturday, I probably wouldn't hire them again. I feel Elite did a wonderful job and I'd use Elite again in a heartbeat. Just not if they contracted with 4WeHelp.
