5/6/2019Truck Load & Unload they damaged a dresser in the move. they did give me some money off but the damage is there. they said that they weren't liable because no one knew who did the damage, us or them because they loaded the truck and I drove the truck. we found pieces of the dresser in the room after the move so they did it. also, they tried to charge us for assembly and disassembly. they said they do that now because of past issues. 15.00 for each piece of furniture. I told them that it was in the email that absolutely this was included in the original charge and listed that way. they said really?? I now know what to look and watch for. I don't know that I will do this again.
