Thanks for the review! The guys did have a hand truck inside the truck. The reason they did not take it out, was because upon arrival, you gave them a tour asap of your home. You had the guys for only 2 hours, there was no need for 3 hand trucks, since you had 2 of them out already and told them to use those. Also, they came prepared with tools( in which they were not required to use for the job; since nothing had to be assembled ) 1 dolly and 2 straps ( which in your case it was not necessary to use, since they were able to lift all your items (including a tool box that was approx 250 pounds ) and again; it was only a 2 hour job.) Thank you for your input. We hope to better serve you in the future.
