They were like an old married couple bickering the whole time at each other. They did nothing to protect my floors so my carpet was completely ruined by the time they were done. This was the first time I had moved where the movers did not wear anything on their feet or put down something on the floors to protect them. They blamed the floors getting ruined on the truck being dirty. That my be the case but they should have taken some kind of precautions to protect my floors. Also, they took my jewlery stand and threw it on top of a bunch of stuff so some of it fell out and broke! So UN-impressed. The opposite of Elite if you ask me. Would not recommend them or use them again.

I shouldnt be charged for 4 movers!

Very hardworking, personable and careful. Amazing job of organizing the truck so nothing would get damaged in transit. Willing to listen to and follow through on my wishes. Despite some issues, I would hire them again because they truly care about doing a good job.
I was told they would arrive between 8 and 10 am. They arrived at 10:30am. A phone call in the morning giving an estimated arrival time would have been helpful. I did have a direct number to reach the lead mover. That was reassuring.
I was told on the phone the movers would bring the basic tools for the job. They did not. They especially could have used the necessary equipment to move large pieces of furniture. Regardless, they worked hard to get the job done and without damaging anything. They were successful except for one large heavy piece.
Though they were responsible for it, they did not secure the doors on cabinets. One piece did get broken as a result. A claim was filed immediately with Elite. It is 10 days later and I have not heard from Elite.
Overall, it was an interesting experience. I would hire them again.
