This was an in house move including a piano. Moving furniture to a room on the same floor and the balance in to the garage. We asked for 4 people for 2 hours. They sent us 2 females, one arrived the other did not. She did not know why she was there and brought nothing with her, just told to go to our address for work. I was told by Elite they were cleaning people and sent to the wrong address. They then sent us two young men, looked like teenagers, with no moving experience. They did OK but with no experience we had to work along side them, telling them exactly what to do. They worked less than 2.5 hours. Elite charged us for 3 hours plus travel time, which was not disclosed in advance. Elite told us that they had been testing their employees for corona virus, but the story details did not ring true to me.
