This was the worst moving company I have ever experienced. I hired two movers for two hours and that request was simply never filled. The first person showed up by herself, an hour and a half late and was not capable of unloading my things by herself or at all. No one else ever showed up. We asked whoever was in charge who was texting us to send another mover to come help. That person did not arrive until 6 pm. I was promised service at 2:30. The first person came at 4 and then the second at 6. By the time the last person got there, which was again by himself when I hired two movers, I had already unloaded the entire trailer in the time I was waiting for movers to come because the trailer had to back by 6 pm. The person in charge was incredibly rude to us once we requested a refund or partial refund since two movers that were capable never arrived at the same time, never moved a single item of my things and I did not receive the service I asked for. No refund was given just extremely disrespectful texts messages about how we were in the wrong. I highly suggest you do not book this company if you want your things unloaded or moved because it is highly unlikely it will actually happen and you’ll pay over $200 for more stress and to just end up having to do it yourself.

6/27/2023Portable Storage Load Rating would be higher except they were suppose to be here Saturday and late Saturday afternoon they rescheduled till Sunday. Made us miss an important event. The guys were nice and polite and worked hard.
