Movers were on time, respectful, and seemed to know how to pack the truck. However, some items were damaged or banged up in the move, they did not come with any moving supplies, and the walls on the stairs took a beating.

Response from GM Moving Company:

I don't agree with the customer's know our job if I have not used the equipment before it's my duty to ask the operation before somebody is preparedness i don't know what the customer is talking about we had our dollies and the walls i don't recall beating the walls. Unfortunately the blame is coming on us but there was furniture in the house we did i apologize but customer was suppose to walk through and check for demage.I think that would help both parties
