Our expected arrival came and went and no movers, I called them at 10:00 am and they said they were just leaving the office ( 2.5 hours away). I called them again at 11:00 am and the said they were an hour out! Noon came and went and no word from them, I called them and they thought I was the state police, they broke down in Kellogg, ID, and didn’t bother calling me, they never did show!

11/14/2021Portable Storage Load They were one and half hours late. Good workers and did move things quickly. However, when my son helped to secure some items (my ex husband was a mover for over 20 yrs experience all over USA and taught him some moving tips), the leader quickly left with the movers and left us in the lurch. When I tried to find out what was going on, his response was that we disrespected the company. The customer (me) was left with everything outside. Because my family has moved so many times using various movers, I have found all of them accepted my help in directing where things should be in the container. This was the first time I experienced this attitude from this leader. Apparently the company did not train him in being aware that the customer has the say in how he/she wants things done.

The 2 boys were friendly and went right to work...however, I told them I needed help with heavier items first...The first load did not have one heavy or bulky item, only small boxes that I could get myself. And when paying someone by the hour, you don't really want to watch them stare at a narrow doorway for 15 minutes before you tell them to turn the chair sideways to get it through....Overall, they did well as long as they were supervised...They came from Spokane...too far for Wenatchee...added a lot to the price.
