2/1/2020Portable Storage Unload It’s to put a star for this review to go through, otherwise there would be no stars as this company never showed up to unload my 16 foot POD! So I ended up doing it myself with my brother. After making contact with them, I got some song and dance that the owner couldn’t get ahold of his crew and was working on dispatching another one to me. After that, I couldn’t get anyone to respond back to phone calls (a good half dozen) or text messages. I hope Labor movers takes them off their list of recommendations! They are giving Labor Movers a bad name! This is totally Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior at its finest! This will be reported to the BBB and I HIGHLY suggest that you don’t use this company! DO NOT PAY THEM They will take your money and run!

Do not book Efficient Movers. They cancelled on me twice. The first time they said they got in an accident and then rescheduled for the next day. The second time, they were unreachable by phone or text. After they missed their first appointment they said they would give me a full refund which they have yet to do. If you want to book with a company that you can trust do NOT book with this company!

This company does not use the two hour window. They confirmed the online booking and asked what time was best. We gave them a time. They confirmed again that day and arrived 10 minutes early. We had a 22ft truck unloaded in 1& 1/2 hour, with no damage to items or apartment. VERY Happy customer.

12/23/2019Truck Load & Unload Moving appointment between 10AM-12PM... at 11AM, (scared little bit, as the phone number was unreachable initially) they called me and said, they are running late due to an issue at other work order and showed up at 12:45PM as they mentioned in the call... they did the job pretty well. I would recommend them for sure...

I am very disappointed with the movers I ended up getting. You changed my original time and then you said you emailed me to tell me that they couldn't make it. You then called me back and said you found someone. I feel that you found 2 people off the street. I just got done unloading and found that it was poorly packed. My boxes were flipped upside down, there were lots of holes and wasn't packed tightly. Could have fit the rest of my things that I had to leave behind had it been pa kee professionally. Unfortunately I had to leave a lot of my belongings behind do to the poor packing.They also ripped the bottom of my couch! Also I had to pay cash cause they said their credit card device was broke.... Very unprofessional!!! I'm sorry to say that I will not be using you again or referring you.
