The movers didn’t know they were doing an apartment move and said they were only told to bring tools. I had to go to Home Depot and buy the dollies for them to use. My door was also damaged. I do appreciate the communication and keeping me informed the whole time, but they should’ve been more prepared, with their own hand trucks and dollies.

7/25/2023Portable Storage Unload They were great! I had some pretty heavy pieces. They were very careful of my new floors. One large armoire got some big scratches. They were very sorry. I sanded and stained and it's hard to see the damage.
