Hello Vince, our supervisor in charge of your move actually has 7 years of experience of working here at our company and the reason why he stated that probably not everything was going to fit was due to the fact that the items were not going to be placed in a professional manner but you told our supervisor the way that you wanted your items to be loaded as you are the client you do have the last word since you are paying for the service that we are providing. After looking at the photos of your move the load may result in damage as the items weren't stacked in a professional manner which our movers also made sure to inform you about.

Hello Diane, we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand your frustration about this matter and after speaking with our supervisor in charge we were informed that your son was the one who was responsible for throwing out your box as he was the one who saw the box and stated "This is trash". Our movers did not question this as he also does have a say with what to do with the items since some were his as well.
