I was 30 min early and worked for free until the start time. Items were wrapped except those which YOU indicated that you didn't want wrapped. Glass on cabinets WERE wrapped with bubblewrap. Marks on your old couch were not done by us.  A flight of stairs to the house & 2 other sets of stairs inside, that does slow things down a little especially with tight doorways and big bulky, heavy furniture and a 9 foot couch. Also working in 102 degree heat. You were the one that said to put the TV in at the end. I estimated 4-6 hrs but you thought it should be done in 2 hrs. Half of the way through the job, you changed what you wanted & didn't want loaded. We filled a 26 foot truck in 4 hrs, with wrapping your items, stairs, heavy bulky furniture, a garage, removing & reinstalling doors and gave you $ 100.00 of free labor. Extra blankets were because you decided not to take everything.......you don't have to lie just because it wasn't done in 2 hrs as you expected.
