2/20/2020Portable Storage Load One of the movers reaked of alcohol. Did not bring rope to tie down boxes. No drop cloth placed on floor. Traped mud throughout the house. Movers did not tie down load in POD very well. My brother had to reload some of the POD and tie it down himself. This was done at 900 at night in the snow. Will not use Able Moving again.

These gentlemen were professional and made our move much easier. They worked hard and were very efficient at getting what we requested in the allotted time frame.

Movers arrived 3 hours late (at 2 PM, promised time window: 9 to 11 AM. Mover repeatedly announced arrival time and failed to meet it. One of the two movers left job to fix dolly without success, spent a lot of time on the phone. The other mover worked very hard to finish job in two hours, without success. Movers were courteous.
