Three employees moved our furniture. Timely, professional...STRONG!...conscientious & very careful. They did a fantastic job.

These guys had a lot of heart, but not the most skill. They were very kind and even came back the next day in their own time to finish the job because the moving company had messed up and sent the wrong size trailer and needed to drop and additional cube the next day. That said, they loaded items that I'd expressly told them not to load, they damaged a TV and my front door, and overall were just more careless than I would've expected for professional movers.

The team from Genesys accomplished their task of loading our moving truck and gave the appearance that everything was great. However, when we arrived at our destination, we quickly learned that the team quickly and haphazardly packed the truck leading to significant damage to our items. I am currently pursuing compensation for the damages we sustained--ruined dining table, several boxes clearly labeled FRAGILE that were stacked on top of each other and were crushed, nightstands damaged and torn, lamps damaged, and more. Very disappointing, and another team that unloaded our team immediately noted "I hope you didn't pay someone to load this truck because they clearly have no idea what they're doing." This person also noted they are likely NOT professional movers, but rather people that load trucks on the side for spare cash, which is likely the reason for the issues we was very frustrating as I had read many positive reviews, but hopefully this helps prevent future prospective customers from suffering a similar fate to ours. I will under no circumstances use this company again. The process of completing a damage reimbursement is straight forward, and yet I have had no response for over a week. Completely unacceptableThe rating system here takes into account timeliness when showing a star rating. It is only because they showed up on time that I cannot leave a 1-star review. So yes, the team showed up on time, but then failed to execute their responsibilities.
