7/29/2023Truck Load & Unload Jamal and his partner on my 12: pm pickup and delivery in Homestead on July 28, 2023, was above exceptional.

The movers were very nice and courteous. However, the movers did not communicate or contact me at all after I scheduled them. The day off, I called them an hour before their scheduled window which was 11am-2 to ask them when they were coming. They told me 2pm but then at 2, they told me 3-3:30. I understand the rain and weather so that’s why they were late but they came after the scheduled window which didn’t work for me. Because of the rain, they told me I would have to pay even if they can start because of the rain. I didn’t appreciate that because they already were terrible with communication and not being on time. If they were on time, they wouldn’t have had to deal with the rain because it rained in my area after 2. My boyfriend and I started to unpack the truck ourselves. They didn’t arrive until 3:51. The rest of the unload only took 45 minutes for them however I paid them for 2 hours. So they got easy work with full pay while I received half of the work in the rain at a late time. Nice ppl but I wouldn’t book them again.

3/29/2022Portable Storage Load My experience with 5 Star was much more than I expected. The guys were on time and proved to be very adept with packing a Relo Cube with everything in one! I ordered 2 thinking I would need the space but with only one used I saved a good amount of money.!!The movers were very polite and were very efficient with mine and their time. Anyone who reads this make sure to tip well and provide refreshments. They work hard and deserve that, very much. I would highly recommend 5 Star to anyone!!

Best Decision I Ever Made! Booked Last Minute Within The Same Week For 2 Guys For 2 Hours To Help Load My 3/2.5 Townhouse Into A Truck We Rented. Showed Up Within The Arrival Window Were Polite, Communicative, Professional, & Worked Their Butts Off! They Did Everything They Could To Get It Done In The Two Hours We Hired Them For, We Did Run Over Which We Expected & Were Prepared To Pay & Extra Hour But Definitely Was In No Way Their Fault And They Stuck Around For The Extra Time To Finish The Job. It Would Of Taken My Husband & I A Day To Do What They Did In 2 Hours n 20 Mins. Would Absolutely Hire Again!
