First I told the lead Rick that my end tables with marble that the marble was not secured and he never told James his assistant which broke it over the truck ramp because he carried it wrong. This was over 50 years old and my parents. Then when I arrived at my new home and the unloading company started unloading, we came to find out that an end table leg was broke in half due to the weight they placed on it as well as my tressel table (dining table) with cracked wood as they did not put back together before putting more weight on it. I told them upon arrival I had lots of blankets and they only used 2 or 3 so I have scratched and nicked furniture. I even tipped them $40 each and the company only reimbursed me .60 cents per pound. My mable from Poland is irresplaceable and Rick even said he took a broken piece to find someone to replace. He went back on his comment. The unloading company said they did not load appropriately and should never had used fragile boxes as fillers in the 26 foot truck. I would not recommend this company to anyone since they do not keep their word!!
