ABSOLUTE WORSE! Pay extra and don’t consider this company. The moving team of three which was booked, arrived 2.5 hours late and showed up with only two. In addition, on the phone I was asked would a dolly be needed for the move which was concerning. I had 35 of trailer space to pack. Our first fully packed trailer arrived for professional moving company unload and our unprofessional packed nightmare was unveiled. Yes, this was state to state move but because this was a fully packed trailer, there was no other freight loaded and the excuse they weren’t driving is null and void. NONE, of our wood bedroom furniture was shrink wrapped and of course we had deeply scratched furniture. Because this company didn’t understand weight distribution, we have multiple pieces broke, both wood and glass. We even had a smashed metal file cabinet. There was a plastic shopping bag used as protection and scotch tape used to keep doors of our curio cabinets closed. Also, I was overcharged at the end of the move and of course their ability to take credit cards on site wasn’t working. At least we were refunded the 173.00 overcharge. Now we have to try and salvage or replace our parents broken furniture and the company is refusing to take any responsibility. Do Not Use This Company!! Costing us more money.

Tony and the guys were great. Tony advised I needed to get a trailer and I' glad I did. He's been doing this job for a long time and he's very good at loading and packing. I wish I could remember the other guys names, they knew what they were doing also. I would Highly Recommend This company and team. I never give anybody 5 five stars but they deserve it.

Book it Movers did an excellent job with our unload. They were very professional, caring and attentive to our needs and requests. They not only unloaded our 26' truck but put Beds together, legs on furniture, and relocate furniture if we changed our minds on the location. They went over and above an average movers expectation and showed a genuine desire to do a great job. Tony and his team were very respectful and kind and even finished up by sorting and folding all the blankets used in the move. Would truly recommend and use them in our next move. Great job guys and blessing to you in your future endeavors.
