When I booked with you, you informed me that 21 linear feet of a trailer 3 bedroom house would be 3 to 4 hours. I have moved with Mayflower and although I cannot remember how long it took, I know it did not take NINE hours. You informed me that they would be three professional movers and not college kids. I had one mover with three years and one with less than three (I was afraid to ask) and a high school graduate getting ready to go to college. I was his first job. I had to call you to complain. I had to have the owner come out to complete it. They kicked it into high gear when he showed up. Although Titan only charged me for eight hours and not for the fourth person who was the owner, I still feel that you misrepresented the service. I feel I should of only paid for 2/3 of the nine hours, which would of been six hours. I feel this because I only had 2 professional movers. Feel free to email me,.
