Overall positive experience and was efficient to where they completed the job under the planned time. Feedback would be for them to improve their professional look maybe company tshirts or some professional logo. Also the contract states balance payment is due in cash or credit card. They weren’t prepared to accept credit card and asked me as the customer to call moving labor to figure payment out which isn’t an acceptable approach. I just drove to the atm and got them cash as a quick resolution which is a small inconvenience to the customer. I understand they were new and just need a little training. Other than that, experience was great. Very respectful and hard working.
