The loading crew arrived 30 mins after 2-hr arrival window, were very helpful and useful but not fully prepared. No dollies were brought in. It seemed they were part-time casual crew and lacked professional expertise. Since this was my first move, professional advise especially toward stacking the boxes and fitting them in the trailer would have been reassuring. However, the crew was always willing to help and very polite.
