Thank you for your review. When we communicated with you on the phone one day prior to your move, we asked if you had any large items that will require dolly to move, you said no. On the day of your move, you decided that movers will need dolly. The movers explained to you that dolly was not necessary for your move, as there was no heavy items to move. You insisted that the movers will go get dolly no matter what, and because you wanted the dolly to stay next to the house, even if it was not used for moving. The movers went to get new dolly from the nearest store location, and it took them 30 minutes total to do it. Your move took 1 hour and 30 minutes total, including the time to get the dolly, which is under 2 hours requested. Also, we followed up with you next day after your move, and no furniture got damaged during your move. Young crew that you had for your move, 5 years of moving experience and 7 years of moving experience respectively. Thanks for your business.
