This customer is a LIAR!!! To start off the customer was close to 2hrs late, with no updates or replies. It took 4 people reaching out to her with not one response or update of ETA. I told her from the beginning we accept Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal.. credit card was not an option, this was told to her from the beginning!! We informed her to make a payment before my team start, this is to make sure this is not a scam or a customer trying to hustle us. Which the customer was a total con artist. It took her over 5hrs to pay. The customer had every excuse in the book not to pay us. First it was Venmo won’t accept her card, then it was she’s having trouble adding her card, then it was let me call you right back, then she never called back, then she stopped communicating, then she told me she was locked out her apartment but now in the review she writes.. she didn’t have her phone. This customer was so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Totally lair, I have all the text messages and emails that will contradict her review. Jennifer is a true NARCISSIST!!

Very disappointing to see this review, we were on time, punctual, efficient and hardworking. We went above and beyond for this customer. Not to mention the customer wasn’t properly prepared, constantly taking off her mask when we instructed everyone to keep their mask on. We did everything the customer asked us to do, her father packed the truck. He did not know what he was doing, they wanted to take the lead. And we did everything their way!
