The overall experience was very frustrating. Not only were they 5 hours late then upon arrival told me I was miss quoted and they were not told this was a full move. I was also told that the truck I rented was pointless because they had their own truck so that was $75 wasted. The lack of communication and timeliness of the service was very disappointing. The two gentle that completed the move were fast and efficient, however this was not the experience I expected.

Hi Bryan, I apologize about your less then positive experience with us. We offer our trucks for an additional rate, though we do not pressure customers into accepting the use of one of our trucks. If you had already rented and picked up your own truck we could of just used that instead, and of course in my 4 years I've never seen a $75 truck rental so I would definitely contact whomever you rented from to ask why it was so outrageously expensive. We try to be fair and offer very competitive rates for our moving and labor services and we strive to become better with our communication and timeliness. We'd be more than happy to help you again in the future with a customer return discount and we promise to become better before then.. Thank you for reviewing our services.

10/22/2022Portable Storage Unload

One of the movers was unexpectedly in an accident and the time frame was supposed to be  9-11a but they ended up not arriving until after 5p.     They may need training if they need to hook up appliances like washer or dryer.  They did try to hook up and were very nice about everything.
