2/28/2021Truck Load & Unload The movers were fine, and professional. One showed up a little late but stayed until the job was done. One was a little rough with boxes and furniture. Pretty much got I what I expected.

2/28/2021Truck Load & Unload Paid for two movers showed up. One was amazing, really, 5 stars. The other guy spent most of the time standing around and was generally about as useful as your friends teenage son. Which, wouldn’t have been enough for me to rate them 1 star and not recommend. However, when I communicated to the company about it and told them I felt ripped off by paying for this guy, they just said “thanks for the feedback.” Yeah that’s not it fam.

I needed to coordinate the schedules of the seller, my son who had the trailer and needed to get off work early, myself, and the movers. The only time I could get them all together at the same time was 2:00 and the company guaranteed they would have the 2 young men there at 2. Because that was so important, I was really nervous that it might not happen. But when I arrived at 2, they were waiting for me. Both were excellent at their jobs and very courteous.

Logan and Ronnie were really expert in loading our 20 foot U-haul truck. They worked hard and pretty much packed every inch of the truck to the ceiling. They were able to get all of our stuff in, which I thought was a miracle. Good guys, and good workers. We gave them a pretty good tip we were so pleased.
