Great experience with Green Mountain Movers! They called to tell me when they would be there, and came at that time. They scoped out both my old place and new place before beginning and asked questions about where things were going. They communicated with me and with each other well. They had all my furniture out and moved in an hour. Very happy!

Green Mountain Movers, if you’re in their service area and don’t use them you have made a mistake. On the day we got their help, they were the second group we had hired for that day, one to load the rental truck and one to unload, they were the unloaders. First group went to the wrong storage facility and then had an injured worker who could not work up to full speed, they went long and had to pay extra. Because of the first group we were going to be late to our meeting time and GMM adjusted our meeting time on the fly, I lucked out because they didn’t have another appointment. They were professional, courteous, and hard working, I found the honesty very refreshing, to have them admit that after trying to take 7’ marble top vanity up the tight 1930s staircase that to do it safely it would take more men. They were done with the work on time even with the extra effort. The integrity of this family owned company is what will make it an easy choice for me in the future for my heavy moving needs.

8/4/2021Portable Storage Unload We could not be happier with the job Green Mountain Movers did for us! Matthew was friendly and clearly very skilled at navigating difficult moves -- a third-floor walk-up, narrow stairways. He & his partner were efficient and gentle, and their help saved us a couple of hernias. We highly recommend GMM!
