11/16/2023Portable Storage Unload They broke a significant amount of my furniture by unwrapping my items from the moving blankets and trying to carry pieces by the edges. They put a hole in my wall! When I complained I was told they are paid for their time not their service. I was never reimbursed for any of the damage. If their rates look reasonable keep in mind you will have to pay for additional hours because they are so bad at the service they are hired for but don’t feel like they need to provide. I urge you to find someone else. There are plenty of other movers and these people have cost me hundreds of dollars to replace furniture and they don’t care. Terrible company and terrible service.

I'd say improve communication. Many times I had to reach out for an eta and is received no response or long periods of waiting for response. Overall I am satisfied with the service especially to be same day movers.
