How to Request a Moving Labor Quote

Each day we receive hundreds of calls from customers who need a price estimate for moving labor. Unlike traditional full-service moving companies we do not need an exceptional amount of information. In fact, by answering just a few simple questions we can provide you with a crew size recommendation as well as the pricing for that crew size. Before calling in for a moving labor quote we recommend reviewing the information we will need below.

Obtaining A Moving Labor Quote

Obtain a moving labor quote by contacting Customer Support at (888) 354-8303 or by completing our online quote request form.

What is the zip code where you will require service?
By providing your zip code we can determine if we service your location and if a travel fee is required.

What type of service do you require?
Are you moving locally and need both loading and unloading? Do you just need loading service? Are you moving long distance and need movers to load in one state and unload in another? [Topic FAQ]

What is the size and type of your truck/unit?
Are you using a truck rental, mobile storage (PODS), or freight trailer? What is the size of the unit? Example: 22' Penske Truck or 16' in an ABF trailer. [Topic FAQ]

What type of home are you moving to/from?
In order to determine access conditions we will need to know the home type. Single family, townhome, apartment with stairs, etc. [Topic FAQ]

Do you have any heavy or special condition items?
Specifically we need to know about pianos, pool tables, large appliances or anything out of the ordinary. We do not need a complete inventory. [Topic FAQ]

By providing honest answers to the above questions we can assess your needs and make recommendations. Once we have provided you with the pricing for your required moving labor service we can also e-mail you a breakdown of the quote provided over the phone.

NOTE: Price estimates are just that, estimates. We recommend that your review our labor estimating guide for an accurate estimation of how long your move will take.
