Unfortunately, Musa's intended partner called off the morning of the move, and that resulted in their arriving several hours late. However, once they arrived, Musa and his new partner Jordan were highly professional, efficient, skillful, and collaborative. I was truly impressed and I would certainly want Musa to lead the team on any future moves I might need assistance with.

11/9/2022Portable Storage Load The movers arrived timely and were very professional. At first, things moved quickly, but when the movers had to take things apart, it really slowed down. I had the same amount of items moved a few years ago and it took the movers 4 hours. This time, it took them 9 hours and I had all boxes packed and put on the first floor for convenience. I maybe packed 5 boxes while they were there. I spoke to Musa about this. He said that the job might have been different but I can’t possibly see how. They stopped work at 6:45 and told me that he stopped the clock at 6:15 like he was doing me a favor, but that was the appropriate amount of time to take off for breaks for the movers. After speaking to other movers, I’m convinced that I paid about double what I was suppose to and the only large furniture I had to have taken apart and moved was a king sized bed. The rest was kept as is. Movers didn’t use Saran Wrap and I had to go buy 15 moving pads when they arrived. All that time and they didn’t even take my TVs off the wall. I’m disappointed in the amount of time it took for my move. I appreciate the good customer service but I definitely feel like I overpaid.

I think you have one of the hardest jobs in the world, and you both deserve so much praise, appreciation and gratitude. 5 stars all around.
